The readiness quiz and valuation tool
The Succession Readiness Quiz and the valuation calculator produce directional, estimated results based on general assumptions and typical industry multiples. They are not a formal business valuation or appraisal, and shouldn't be used as the sole basis for any financial or legal decision. An accurate valuation requires a qualified professional reviewing your actual financial records.
No obligation
Using the readiness quiz, the valuation tool, or the confidential intake form doesn't list your restaurant anywhere, doesn't obligate you to a sale, and doesn't create any binding agreement between us. You can withdraw from a conversation at any point.
